Grown in Heathcote on rich Cambrian soil, this wine contains two clones (PT25 and BVC) which gives power, length, and complexity. We've made this wine Syrah in style, using French oak to create softness on the palate.
In the winery, we whole bunch fermented 30% to add some additional complexity, before pressing and moving off to barrel. Given 18 months to rest before being bottled in winter of 2024.
Named 'Stewart' after Tom's father, this wine is drinking well now and will cellar for 10+ years.
