Viticulture
Our Sangiovese is from the Willoughby Bridge vineyard in Heathcote, from 30 year old vines. 
The vines are resting in ancient volcanic soil which really adds to the beautiful flavour profile this wine exhibits. 
 
Winemaking notes
'This wine has been aged for 18 months, rather than 12 months which is typical in Australia. The additional six months has added more texture, and really balanced the profile. We've used 85% Sangiovese, and 15% Touriga to get that gorgeous Chianti blend'
